Hi! Thank you for being here.

My name is Jessie and I am first and foremost a follower of Jesus, saved by God's grace. I am filled with joie de vivre because of my Saviour!

I am also an adventurer, musician, linguaphile, culinary artist, and ephemeral creature.

There are a few things I'm very passionate about. Obviously, I'm passionate about Jesus. After Jesus and my sweet husband, Lars, my third love is people. C.S. Lewis said that "we meet no ordinary people in our lives." I definitely believe this to be true. Cliché as it may be, you will never meet two people who are perfectly alike, and we can learn so much by viewing people through a lens of curiousity rather than judgment. I can't wait to get to know you and hear about you and what makes you extraordinary. I love people (I didn't get a BSc. in Psychology for nothing)!

Another of my great loves is the love of learning (philomath). I've recently embarked on a research project regarding seasons and how seasons of our lives correlate with natural seasons and what that looks like in the context of God's plan. You can check out my survey here!
